I offer custom:
-Business/vendor signs with multiple QR codes for payments and/or social media links
-Business/vendor QR code keychains and mini signs (1 QR code)

For materials, I offer many options from simple wood to exotic woods and standard to specialty acrylics.  

Base/minimum prices (1 standard material + paint; customer provides design):
Keychain or mini sign (under 4"x4") - $30
Sign with 1 QR code, larger than 4"x4" - $45
Sign with 2+ QR codes - Add $15 per QR code to the base price
Artist's design and production time - $60/hour
